Nike Employee Store is accessible by MAX lightrail system. Here are the instructions for the MAX lightrail:

• The Convention Center Max station is located on Holladay Street right in between the Hyatt Hotel and the OCC. The red line, blue line, and green line all make stops at this location. The Nike Employee store is accessible on the Red or Blue Line. You will depart at the Millikan Way Max stop in Beaverton and the store is about a 4-minute walk from the MAX station. You can also use the TriMet Trip planner to verify your route to the Nike Employee Store (please note the suggested routes may include a bus transfer that would take you right to the front door of the store, this is optional and the Max will get you very close).
