If you are seeking an evaluation position, consultant, or employee, the Evaluation 2024 Career Boards are the place to look!
What do they look like? There will be separate boards for jobs and for resumes. On each board, you will find a number of clear pockets and each pocket has space for one job or resume’ listing. Contributing is as easy as bringing 100 or more copies of your ONE PAGE job or resume posting and putting it in an appropriate pocket so that it may be seen clearly from the front. As an attendee, you may scan the jobs or resumes, take notes, and take copies of the ones that are of the most interest to you.
When will the Boards be 'open'? The Career Boards are in a public foyer of the convention center and will be displayed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the conference throughout the day. The Boards are not staffed and do not actually open or close, but rather are a public exhibit.
We will be offering space on-site for 30 min to 1 hour intervals, on Friday (10/25) from 9a-12p. For more information and rates, please contact our Sales Lead, Mark Pagdanganan (mpagdanganan@eval.org). For any last minute reservations onsite, please stop by the AEA Hub in the exhibit hall for next steps. Space is available on a first come first serve basis and may be purchased onsite up to 1 hour prior to your desired slot. Last minute reservations are available up to 11 AM PT on Friday (10/25).

Employers
How to contribute: Bring at least 100 copies of your ONE PAGE job listing (double sided is acceptable). When you arrive, add your listing to a blank pocket. You need not notify AEA in advance. Throughout the conference, go back and check your pocket and refill it if it begins to empty.
What should be included in a position description: Be sure to include a description of the position, the applicant's desired background, where the position is located, how to apply, whether or not there will be someone available at the conference for interviews or questions, and - if there is someone who will be there - who it is and how to contact them while in Portland (usually a cell phone number would be given). If you want to have interviews at the conference, make sure that applicants know how to connect with you! Job Seekers

You need not notify AEA in advance. Throughout the conference, go back and check your pocket and refill it if it begins to empty. It is important that you add your at-conference contact information to your resume’ or CV (see below).
What should be included on your resume’ or CV: Be sure to include information about your skills, education, and experience, as well as full contact information. However, unique to the conference, be sure to add - in a prominent and easy to identify place - information about how to connect with you at the conference (usually this is via a cell phone number). If you would like to have interviews at the conference, we recommend adding a line noting you welcome the opportunity to do so, along with an email or phone number so that employers know how to contact you.
