To support those wanting to secure their funding to attend Evaluation 2025, we’re opening early bird registration for full conference attendance ahead of schedule— allowing you to use remaining professional development funding in your budget or giving you more time utilize the early discounts on registration.
Registering now, prior to the full registration launch in July 2025, saves your seat at Evaluation 2025. Shortly before that time, you will receive a code from the AEA Team to waive the costs already incurred to register yourself for the conference. This will allow you to provide additional required information for official registration and to include any desired add-ons not immidately available at this time.
Please note that pre-conference workshop and one-day registration will not be available until our full registration launch in July 2025.

Payment Information
At this time, payment for early registration must be issued via credit card for immediate confirmation. If your organization requires payment by check or wire, please contact info@eval.org. Any balance due registrations will be deleted when full registration opens in July.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
AEA must receive all cancellation requests in writing no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. Please email cancellation requests with the reason for cancellation to registration@eval.org. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by AEA, and if approved, will be processed within three weeks of the original request. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds are accepted and all sales are final after October 10, 2025.
